Our Services
We train and upskill PPDs (district education officers), school leaders, and teachers through a variety of leadership and skills development programmes. Leveraging our expertise in the education sector, we occasionally conduct research and provide consultations for industry partners and stakeholders.
Whole School Transformation Programmes
Our school transformation programmes mobilise PPD officers and Teacher Leaders to be the agents of change in transforming school outcomes. Our programmes started with TEST in 2018, followed by PFCL in 2020, and we currently run the Applied Leadership Programme (ALP) which is impacting schools across 10 states.
In-Service Training for Educators
We deliver short and medium-term professional development courses for teachers in government, private and international schools. We offer a range of training courses tailored to teachers’ skill needs at every stage of their career, from new teachers learning to plan and deliver an effective lesson, to experienced educators moving into school management and leadership roles.
Consulting and Programme Support
We offer consultation expertise and programme support to schools and education partners on a custom project basis. We have helped many of our partners overcome business challenges, including in the areas of e-learning platform management & development, learning space redesigns, and school feasibility studies.
